Cocktail Meatballs I

These were the best! I substituted ground turkey and my husband couldn't even tell. He wanted to eat the whole bowl! Great served with toothpicks at a party.

These cookies are yummy and so easy! I mixed a little peanut butter in and they were even better. What a great idea to make whipping up a quick batch of cookies anytime easier. I also always have problems with baking at altitude (8600ft) and these were soft and chewy right out of the oven and lasted for days.

Curried Chipotle Potato, Spinach and Cheese Wraps

These were great! I actually added turkey sausage and a little more cream and they were delicious. We cooked up the leftovers up with scrabled eggs the next morning for breakfast.

Beer Cheese Dip I

This was a great dip! I served it with pretzels and it was gone in no time. If you want to make ahead and refrigerate before serving, just heat on low in microwave and stir until creamy again. Yummy!

Caramel Apple Bars III

These bars are awsome. I have made them three times and each time they were better than the last. They taste best served chilled with vanilla ice cream.
