Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Baked Buffalo Wings

My husband absolutely loved these. I did not have time to let the wings sit for an hour in the fridge so I just cooked them immediately. I did not put the hot sauce on when I cooked them and did turn them over half-way through cooking time. At the end I took each wing and dipped them in the sauce and put them back in the oven at 450 for about 5 minutes. They were nice and crispy!

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I love this recipe. I put my bacon on a rack in the broiler pan and loosely cover with foil in 400. We have a large family and I cook 2 packs at once, the pieces do overlap, but they all come out nice and crispy. Also, I use regular bacon, not thick cut. So EASY!!

Classic Irish Boiled Dinner

Tastes just like the boiled dinner my grandfather used to make. Great comfort food and the leftovers taste even better. I did add some lemon pepper seasoning and other spices to the water. I chopped up all the leftovers and added them to the broth with some chilli pepper ~ mmmmm, delicous soup, all the kids loved it and my husband who does not like cooked cabbage had seconds!! Thanks for a great recipe!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

This went over well with the six of my picky eaters. I used 1 block and 1 container of soft cream cheese and used the suggestion of adding 1/4 c. of confectioner's sugar. I did not double the sauce and we had plenty even for leftovers. I will be using this recipe again and again, YUM!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I used to hate making sugar cookies until I used this recipe. I like my cookies thicker, this dough held up wonderfully. I chilled the dough in the refrigerator as well. The flavor of this cookie is tasty, but not overwelmingly sweet. They stay nice and soft if not over cooked. I too added another cup of sugar and some lemon rind. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

The entire family loved this dish and have been asking for it again and again. It comes in handy with leftover roasted chicken. I did add chopped onion, a finely diced apple, 1/2 soup can of milk and a dash of lemon pepper seasoning. There were no leftovers! Thanks for a great recipe!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

This recipe was very time consuming. I put my candy in the freezer before-hand and the carmel still leaked through the cookie. Another problem that I had was that the cookies tended to roll onto another. They tasted just ok, not something out of this world. Sorry, but I won't be using this recipe again.
