This is amazingly easy to make and delicious. I added a caramel glaze and it was perfect (made from brown sugar, butter and a little milk, heated to boiling to carmelize). This is a recipe I will surely repeat - I bought extras of the butter pecan cake mix b/c it can be hard to find.

This chili is wonderful, with a very different flavor than other chili recipes. Perfect for a fall or winter day. Served with a green salad, it makes a great meal! I've made it several times and served to my family and company and always get compliments on it. I have made it as listed, and have also varied with what I have on hand (all green peppers, for ex, instead of a mix of yellow and green) and it has turned out well every time.
