Why oh Why did this sit in my recipe box for so long unmade??? This is AMAZING!!!! Honestly, My whole family loved it and it was easy and I highly recommend it. Instead of 2 small cans of biscuits I used a 16 oz. can of Grands.

Honey Baked Chicken

I used boneless chicken breasts and adjusted cooking time accordingly. The sauce had wonderful flavor but was thin. Next time I will cook it longer on the stovetop and see if it will thicken. This was delicious!

Baked Tomatoes Oregano

We really enjoyed this recipe. I did use garlic powder instead of the real stuff. Next time I would definitely cook for a shorter time as these turned out mushy.

Campbell's® Easy Skillet Pork Chops

This was my first time with this sort of pork chop recipe. The family enjoyed it. I used Cream of Mushroom soup since I knew that would go over better with our tastes. I seasoned the chops with a garlic salt/parsley combo and pepper during the browning phase. I would recommend this recipe as an easy meal.

Salsa Pasta Salad

This was delicious. I made it for a picnic and everyone enjoyed it. I only used 3/4 Tb. of chili powder since I was afraid a full Tb would be too much. It was the perfect amount of flavor. I used a small can of slice olives too instead of the big one. This is a change of pace from generic pasta salad and was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

Orange Balls I

I crushed a 12 oz bag of vanilla wafers and it was the right amount. These had too much bite for us. The oj is very tart.

Broccoli Corn Bread

This was moist and enjoyed by most at a gathering. Personally, I think a small onion would have been sufficient, no need for a large one.

Tres Leches 'Three Milks'

This is not a good tres leches cake. The milks only soaked into the bottom half of the cake and didn't penetrate the entire cake as it should have. I knew better than to follow the directions regarding not poking holes in the cake. Had I poked holes I would have had better results. Also, the flavor of the cake is weak and not sweet and delicious. I would not recommend this recipe.

Oatmeal Waffles

I made these for family and no one liked them except for me. There was definitely a different consistency to these. They tasted healthy and maybe that's why my guests and family didn't care for them.

No Bake Cookies IV

These were a lot better than my other recipe that used cocoa. They were very moist and I loved the PB and coconut. 3 small children loved them! The prep work was simple and the result is delicious.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was amazing! I used a cup of ham and easily could have added more without overpowering the soup. Next time I make this I will add some cheddar to the soup and top the bowls with it.

Corn and Chicken Chowder

This was not very good. I used bacon instead of ham and 1/2 and 1/2 in place of milk but that wasn't the problem. It is bland. This chowder needs something other than thyme. I have made better chowders and would not recommend this one. It requires a lot of prep work and the results are disappointing. If you follow the recipe and don't make a lot of changes it isn't good.

Herb Rolls

My family really liked these. I used minced garlic instead of the powder but otherwise I followed the recipe. I baked them about 15 mins. and they were perfect. I would really recommend using the minced garlic over the powder. I am glad I found this recipe and loved how easy and delicious these rolls were.

Deep Fried Turkey Rub

WOW!! This was so good. I followed the instructions exactly. I marinated the turkey for 2 days and really agree that it made a world of difference. The herb flavoring really penetrated the meat and was so delicious. We had a large family dinner and everyone raved how amazing the turkey was. I was pretty impressed. This is definitely a rub you should try!

It's Chili by George!!

This was very tasty. I used ground venison in place of the beef. And after reading reviews of it being soupy and thin I omitted the tomato sauce. I was also pretty scared of using 1/4 cup of chili powder. I started off with 2 Tbs. and figured I could add more if needed. But I was real happy with that amount. It wasn't too much for my small children. Cooking this for 90 min. was really key. It thickened up beautifully. I added about a cup or so of macaroni and turned it into chili mac. We enjoyed the flavor of the chili and didn't feel that it was too tomatoey. This is a really good base recipe that you can add or delete whatever your family likes.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This was just average. The pumpkin flavor is too subtle in my opinion thus causing the cheesecake to be a bit bland. We ate it but I won't make it again.

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

WOW! WOW! WOW! Can you tell we loved them? Everyone thought these were absolutely amazing and I've shared the recipe twice already. The pumpkin, butterscotch, and spice flavors blend so harmoniously that these muffins are like little bites of heaven. I highly recommend you try this recipe.
