I am a cooking novice. My favorite thing to make is reservations. I want to learn to cook better, not just heat and serve. My sister jokes that if we have to bring something to an event, she tells me to bring Pepsi, ice and chips and salsa! So, I am joining this community hoping to get some good an tasty recipes for the novice that I am. Making blueberry muffins with my son. He is 7 now, but we have been doing this together since he was 2! He likes it when we "gently fold" in the blueberries to the batter. I will let you know when I have one! Ha!
