Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are phenomenal. I love the texture--chewy on the inside, crisp on the outside, and they don't spread! The peanut butter taste is subtle and the oatmeal just adds a bit of interest. I may try adding more oatmeal next time for a more oatmeal-y chocolate chip cookie, but overall this recipe is a keeper.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I liked this recipe, although I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. I may take the advice of other reviewers and tone down the sugar to 2 cups, and/or use a white/brown sugar blend. Otherwise, great flavors and a wonderful texture! Oh, and it actually does taste even better the day--or two--after you bake it. I'll try this again.

Veggie Stir-Fry
Great starter recipe! I was also surprised by how good this was. I used all the veggies I had on hand--zucchini, cabbage, bell pepper, snap peas, carrots--along with some chicken which made it a satisfying dinner. I may follow the advice of other reviews next time and add some spices like ginger to complicate the flavors.
