I am a mom of two teens, two dogs, and two cats. I enjoy antiques, puzzles, movies, and shopping. I love to plan parties and entertain in our home. Appetizers are my favorite thing to make. A long time ago in the beginning of my cooking experience, I put pancake mix from a tupperware into banana bread thinking it was flour. It rose up and out of the pan and made quite a mess. My daughter, who was two years old at the time, talked about mommy's explosion in the oven for a long time!
