Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
Awesome! I added an egg to the mix and formed into patties stuffed with tiny bits of onion, cooked ham, and shredded cheese. Stuffed hamburger steaks and some Mac & cheese on the side, my kids had to race their father to fight for seconds, lol.

Cantaloupe Fizz
We used vodka, because I hate gin (or at least I hear I do). Add Orange juice and a little pinch of cinnamon! I serve it now at work, bartending.

Marshmallow Truffles
Melting a little shortening in with the chocolate makes it much easier to work with. We crumbled up some oreos and rolled the chocolate covered marshmellows in the cookies. The kids loved taking it to school for the class.
