Party Punch IX

I'm not sure what was 'off' in this recipe but I think it may have been the cranberry jello that made it taste 'off' to me. I used 2 boxes raspberry and 1 box cranberry and decreased sugar to 2 cups. I will try this again but next time I will use 3 boxes of mixed fruit.

Cola Pork Chops

I dusted the chops w/ flour, garlic salt & pepper and pan fried them for a few minutes. Overall I was not impressed w/ the flavor. Even w/ the flour dusting I found the flavor to be very bland. :-(

Super yummy! :-) My suggestions: decrease pepper to 1/4 teaspoon, decrease butter to 4 tablespoons, no salt & add a carrot.

Didn't like the ranch but enjoyed the taters & cheese. Next time i'll skip the ranch and maybe add some bacon bits. Thanks for the yummy side dish!

Ham and Chicken Casserole

Bumped up the serving size to 4 which fit nicely in an 8X8 pan. This fed 2 adults & 1 child with a small amount of leftovers. I doubled the noodles (2 cups). For the chicken I used meat from a whole chicken. Instead of regular salt I used garlic salt & I didn't use paprika. Overall my family & I enjoyed this casserole. I think it could be a great 'clean out the fridge' casserole. By using different meats (ex. pork chops, beef roast, etc.) and different veggies (ex. green peppers, green beans, etc.)

Chicken Noodle Soup

I've made this many times since finding this recipe. I've adjusted it a bit to suit my families preferences. My adjustments #1) *1 1/2* cups of carrots... #2) *1/2* teaspoon salt... #3) *1* teaspoon minced garlic... #4) I've tried this with boneless, skinless chicken breasts but it's much more flavorful with meat from a whole chicken.
