I made this yesterday for dinner. With the exception of adding cayenne to the meatballs and red pepper flakes to the onions while sauteing I followed this recipe. Magnifico!!!. The meatballs being cooked in this fashion made the sauce incredible, not at all greasy. The sauce was so rich and the perfect consistency. This is my way to prepare meatballs and sauce from now on. Absolutley wonderful. If your looking for a wow' em meatballs and sauce recipe; your search is over. Serve this on a date night you'll win him over for sure!!! If you want them spicier then add the additional spice you want. Can't go wrong with this one. !!! Can't wait for superbowl this year this will definitely be on my menu served as sandwiches.
