This cake is OMG good!! Thanks to the previous review, I used the right amount of instant pudding. I did, however, use a different glaze, but I'm sure the cake would have been just as good with the one called for in the recipe. I would definitely recommend it and have already had to give out the recipe twice!

My DBF was skeptical when I wanted to try this recipe over his usual homemade steak sauce, but he loved it! The sauce was very thin and is definitely on the sweet side, but I loved the sweet/spicy combo. I did sub blackberry jam, cider vinegar and ketchup b/c I had all these ingredients on hand and therefore did not have to buy a thing to make it. I'm sure the recipe is equally good despite these substitutions. I will certainly make this again.

I made this exactly as directed (used country dijon mustard), but doubled the paste. I thought it was very good and loved the simplicity of this recipe. I will very likely make this again. It is a good, fast, affordable fish dish!
