Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Delicious cookies! I pressed a single piece of honey roasted pecan on each cookie as soon as they were out of the oven. I also added a little bit of grated fresh nutmeg for added kick. I also used Robin Hood NutriBlend flour instead of All Purpose.

Chocolate Cupcakes
I made these for my son's first birthday party - all the little babies and moms loved them! I made my own light icing by beating until fluffy some cream cheese, butter and icing sugar, with a drop of blue food coloring.
