Baked Dijon Salmon
I only made a few modifications to this recipe. To ensure optimum flavour, I used salted butter and panko breadcrumbs. I usually serve this over a bed of salad containing mixed greens, avocado, pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes, feta with a mild dressing like poppy seed or even just olive oil mixed with a bit of lemon juice and some fresh cracked black pepper. It's quite delicious. Thank you for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Mussaman Curry
Great recipe, the only alteration I made was using a low-sodium broth and cutting back a bit on the sugar. I added a bit of spice by chopping up a couple of dried red chillies and it worked out pretty good.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Awesome recipe! I took Amethystshells' recipe for the bbq sauce and it was AMAZING! The only other alteration I made was to cut the brown sugar and ketchup in half. Instead I added in some broth from the slow cooker to make up for the lost ketchup. It makes it less sweet and still really delicious.
