Reuben Pizza
This pizza was fantastic! I used a prepackaged store brand thin crust and used leftover cabbage instead of saurkraut. The corned beef was from this site - slow cooker corned beef for sandwiches. Thanks for the recipe - will definitely make this again and again!

Cream Cheese Squares
This was awesome! I gave it four stars because I made some changes - I used reduced fat crescent rolls, 1/3 cup Splenda baking mix instead of sugar in the cream cheese mixture, omitted the butter completely and used Florida Crystals natural sugar and cinnamon on top. I served this at room temperature with light cherry pie filling. Delish! Will make again often.

Baked Potato Soup
This soup was easy to make and tasted fantastic. Will make again and again. I added 1/2 t ground thyme and 1/4 t ground rosemary. I didn't have half and half so I used whole milk. As suggested by other reviewers, I used 4T flour. Thanks Kristi!
