Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
Only change I made was that I added about 1/3 more cheese then recipe called for. It was delicious, very creamy. This will be my baked macaroni recipe from now on! I have made this several times now and everyone raves about it, wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
Have made this several times. Like others, I added tsp cinnamon and did 1 cup white sugar with 1 cup brown sugar. This is a melt in your mouth banana nut bread.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
Made this just as the recipes states and it was wonderful. Whipped it on high for several minutes, very fluffy and creamy.
