Creamy Rice Pudding

Absolutely delicious! I used some leftover rice that I had from lunch. I added cinnamon. I did not add salt because my rice was salted when it was cooked earlier. I will be making this again.

Very tasty! I did make a few adjustments. I left out the mushrooms, celery, pimentos and the cornflakes. I added some diced carrots to the pan when I cooked the onions/garlic. I topped the casserole with cheddar cheese. I would make this again. I may reduce the mayo a little because it was a bit greasy.

Pecan Squares Cookies

Although this recipe was very good in taste, I had a very hard time cutting them into the perfect squares as pictured. It comes out more of a gooey mess. I will just stick to a pecan pie.

Miss Betty's Super Quick Dinner Rolls

Very easy to make. I added cheddar cheese and I also used the all purpose flour w/salt & baking powder substitute. Delicious! They are definitely a biscuit not a roll. I would make them again.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

These are easy to make. I followed the exact recipe. The cupcakes were fabulous! I used chocolate icing and I also added some chocolate chips to the batter. It made 24 cupcakes and 2 hours later there are zero left. I will be making these again.

Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits

Delicious! Easy to make. I made them in the convection oven in half the time. I will use this recipe again. I have made these using the 2 Tbsp of sugar and I have made them using only 1 Tbsp of sugar. I think they taste much better using half the sugar. I also rub some butter on the tops as soon as they get out of the oven. Yummy!

Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Very easy. Delicious! Taste even better the next day. I think I will add more chocolate chips next time. Mine took exactly 60 minutes to bake.

Churros

I was very disappointed. I used this recipe in a kids camp cooking class. It was a flop. The dough comes out way too thick. We had to roll balls because it was too thick to squeeze from a piping bag. I will never waste my time with this recipe again.

Fluffy Biscuits

I just made these biscuits this morning and I was not impressed at all. They are not fluffy. They are heavy and dense. They are very bland tasting. The only way we could eat them was with butter and honey. I agree that this is an easy recipe but I would never make these again.

Easy Pancakes

Good pancakes! I doubled the recipe and I had to use about 3 cups of milk because the batter was way too thick. I also added vanilla. This is a good recipe for kids because it's easy. I would make them again.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

The sauce never turns into a gravy! The recipe calls for way too much milk. It's very runny and spreads all over your plate. It is tasty but, I would never use this recipe again.

Nut Cookie Tartlets

Using the 1 inch balls per the recipe makes these cookies very thick. I used 1/2 inch balls and they come out just right. I also had to make another batch of the cookie dough because there was a lot of the nut filling left. All in all with a little adjustment to the recipe these are good. I would make them again.
