Meatloaf that Doesn't Crumble
This is really tasty. I was a little doubtful of the celery and green peppers but it works. Since this recipe makes so much, I usually get at least 4 meals for 2 out of it. I buy the mini loaf tins at a dollar store and divide the recipe evenly between them. I usually get 8 tins out of one batch. They freeze great and are so nice to have on hand.

Pam's Bierocks
This is one of my favorite recipes. I usually make more of the meat mixture so that they are more meat than bread. I also add some American cheese to some or mushrooms and Swiss to give a little variety. They also freeze wonderfully and are great to have on hand.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
This is super yummy!! I followed the recipe exactly and it was great. My boyfriend stole the leftovers I was saving for my lunch which is a rave review because he never eats leftovers of anything! Definitely will become a regular meal. Thanks!
