Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
Tasty and easy.I did use the egg white despite the other reviews, I did add a little bit of lemon juice to the white though.I also increased the garlic powder to 1/2 tsp and added a dash of onion powder.I thought it would be better to dip the fish in the egg and then the mix, instead of just brushing it on, it turned out wonderfully will be making again!Thank you for this great recipe

Lamb Lover's Pilaf
Sooo good!I was a little leary to try it because I only had ground lamb on hand, but OH MY!I added a little extra bulgur to even out the lamb amount and also added a can of sliced carrots so it was a complete meal!I could eat lamb every day lol and not tire of it...So I am always excited to find new recipes (excuses) to make it.THis is a keeper...THANK YOU for sharing this!

Mexican Mole Sauce
Yummy!!I added a can of diced tomatoes, upped the amount of cocoa powder to 1.5 TBSP, added 2 TBSP of crunchy peanut butter (because an older hispanic woman I used to know always added PB to hers and it was super!)
