I am a 28 y/o married stay at home mom to 2 boys, 3 and almost 2. I grew up cooking with my grandma but I think I am intimidated to be on my own in the kitchen! It doesn't help when your mother in law is an awesome cook, too! I am slowly acquiring both of their recipes and I think this website and their help will improve my cooking skills tremendously! FAST AND EASY!! Italian, breakfast foods, slow cooking, baked goods. Cooking with Grandma as a child... :) My spaghetti is my husband's all time favorite!! (don't tell his mom!) First time grilling steaks for hubby on Father's Day...can we say charred and crispy outside and rare inside?? And what about the pleasant aroma/taste of lighter fluid. 'Nuff said. OH! And the first time I tried to recreate my stepdad's chilli for Thanksgiving (the first year after he passed). Went fine till I scorched the bottom of the 5 gallon pot and stirred the scorch right into the ENTIRE pot! Tom, love ya, I'll try again now with 12 years under my belt!
