Gazpacho IV
Changed vinegar to red wine vinegar and increased to 1/4 cup. Also increased the olive oil to about 1/2 cup. The addition of the beef broth makes this so good. I also put about 1/2 of mixture through the food processor - nice texture and good flavor.

Deviled Eggs I
This is a recipe I have used for years with the addition of a splash of cider vinegar, S&P and the dry mustard. Everyone always seems to like the "bite"

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker
great recipe - I used a can of cream of celery soup (didn't have the chicken/rice) and also added some garlic powder and 1 tbsp. dijon mustard to the soup in slow cooker after browning. Best pork chops ever - SOOO tender!
