Pork Chops with Vinegar
This is very similar to a recipe I use - only additions are I add a small mashed clove of garlic, a cup of chicken stock and finely sliced onions and peppers to sauce before adding roux. It is amazing - my husband is the pickiest eater ever and not only does he not suspect anchovies - he loves this recipe!

Easy Pasta Fagioli
yum! I upped the oil 3-4 T, upped the garlic to 5 cloves crushed, substituted one of the cans of tomato sauce for a can of diced tomatoes for more texture and added freshly grated parmesan cheese at the end. Don't forget to serve with oven warmed crusty italian bread!
