Buttercream Icing
This is my go to frosting now, not too buttery but you can taste it. I have used it on cakes and cookies alike, I have tweaked it for a stiffer frosting as well. I love it.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies
These whipped out wonderful, easy to make. They are DIVINE in the mouth. Mouth watering goodness!!! Add some lemon flavoring to it and it will just be heaven here on earth!
