I just love to cook, i love to try new things, and specially foods that my family likes, my favorite foods are Italian, Chinese and way down south foods, But i Love it all, I just love to cook.

Is on the Holidays, when the kids come home and help bake cookies, and candy, really just being in the road, was always a loved tradition.
My cooking triumphs
Making my first pie crust and biscuits, omggggggggg... the biscuits, you could of used them for hocky pucks, and the crust was so tough you couldn't even cut it...
My cooking tragedies
Blowing eggs up in the microwave, IT WAS AWEFUL!!!!
