Gnocchi Bake
Very good! I used a store brand Italian cheese blend, and a 28oz jar of spaghetti sauce, otherwise no changes. I followed the recipe instructions and this was a quick and easy dinner. I baked the mixture for 15 min and the cheese was plenty melty w/o being hard around the edges. Served w/ cesar salad and crusty garlic bread. Yum!

Grilled Roasted Red Pepper and Ham Sandwich
Used a garlic herb bread instead of sourdough because that's what I had on hand. Omitted mayo, butter (bread was oily enough). Layered cheese, ham, and pepper on bread, sprinkled parm cheese on top. Toasted in the oven at 375 for approx. 6-8 minutes until the cheese and bread were toasty. Served with fresh snap peas as a side.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
Very good! Added half of a roasted red pepper I had. Used a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh. Omitted hot sauce and salt. Used 4 cloves garlic. Served with garlic bread and a simple salad.
