I was born and raised in Jersey. Heve been living in Florida for 10 years now; would go back up north in a heartbeat. I love to experiment with different types of food. Latin (Cuban) dishes have become a favorite living here in South Florida. Cooking for large groups makes me crazy, but I love entertaining. I really havent had any dissasters in the kitchen, but I am sure that I eventually will.
