Easy Cream Cheese Danish
These were very tasty. I took advice from previous people and didn't make as much filling. I'm glad I didn't..even cutting it down, I still had leftover filling. I tried the round way some people suggested too. Then I made some by seaming together the crescents and spreading the mixture over the top and rolling it up like you do cinnamon rolls. These turned out well too..the cream cheese was evenly distributed, creating a lighter and more even taste. Lots of possibilities with this recipe.

Sopapilla Cheesecake
This was great! Didn't change anything. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to use the whole 1/2 c. butter when brushing in on...so I did..ended up just pouring it all over the top, then putting the cinnamon and sugar on top of that. Delicious!

Elaine's Sweet and Tangy Loose Beef BBQ
A much faster way to cook the beef is using a pressure cooker...I love mine. I cut the recipe in half due to my 3 lb roast. I cooked the roast with the spices and the 1 c. of water on steady "rock" for approximately 1 hour. I could shred the beef easily with a fork. I drained all but 3 tbls of the juice left in the pot, and then added the rest of the ingredients with only 1/2 c. ketchup, and 1/4 of Sweet Baby Rays. Everyone loved it!
