Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

I didn't change a single thing in the recipe - it was very good. I will have to use some reduced-sodium ingredients for our dietary needs in the future, but we really enjoyed the taste!!!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

VERY tasty - I DID think it was a bit salty, as others have said - however, my husband thought it was perfect. Next time I'm compromising with low-sodium cream of chicken. Very flavorful and very tender steaks! Thanks for the recipe!

Easy and Delicious Chicken

As easy and delicious as promised, it has become a favorite over rice, mashed potatoes, noodles - even ladled over open-faced rolls. Re-heating isn't the best aspect of this dish, that is true - but there's not much left at my house to worry about ever reheating!

Best Bruschetta Ever

Excellent! I didn't add balsamic vinegar - but I did do 1/2 tsp dried basil and added four leaves of chopped fresh basil. The flavor is intense - and one I WILL be making again and again! It's one of the few things my husband now asks me to make for the weekends when we go places or people come here.
