These cookies turned out pretty yummy! In my first batch, i think i made the cookies too big, so there was too much cookie and not enough jam. But i made the cookies a bit smaller and they turned out great. i used a floured 1/2 tsp spoon to make the indents and filled them with raspberry jam. good cookies, and real easy to make!

Julie's Chicken Salad
Mm, this was yummy! My whole family liked it - there were no leftovers. However, I did alter the recipe a bit, as suggested by others. About 1/2 to 2/3 cup of mayo was perfect, and I left out the raisins, walnuts, and celery because we didn't have any on hand. It still tasted great with just apples and grapes though! All in all, this was a great recipe to throw together for a quick but yummy meal. Also tastes great mixed with egg yolks for an interesting twist on deviled eggs. :)

Sukhothai Pad Thai
This recipe was great! It tasted wonderful. I cut the amount in half and substituted 1/2 a chicken breast, cubed, and ketchup instead of the tamarind pulp. I also omitted the paprika and the radish, but that's only because I dislike spicy foods. My mistake was that I didn't leave the noodles to soak long enough - I will Definitely fix that next time!
