Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce

I loved it...but, too many different flavors, I guess, for the others. It was rated as "average to good" by most guests. I was more proud than my guest liked it.

Mango-licious Tilapia

Wow, what great salsa!! I tried it hoping my taste buds would finally accept talapia...but, no. I will definitely make this salsa for all kinds of dishes!!! Maybe, with a different fish, too. Tortilla chips, here I come!!
