Am a well seasoned cook. Full time School nurse, stained glass/lampworking artist. Married, with 2 old cats and 1 old husband, oh and 2 new kitties, I like to cook Mexican, German and Hungarian food and make dishes from the recipes my mother left me. Old fashioned pot roast, home made egg noodles and chicken. Chicken Paprikash, German potato salad (Bavarian style) Stashed a beautiful Hungarian Torte in the oven in a plastic cake keeper. Forgot about it and preheated the oven to make some strawberry bread and the plastic melted onto the electric coil and caught fire. I had to use a fire estinguisherto put the fire out. All this in my brand new oven in my brand new kitchen!
