Spinach Tomato Tortellini
This was a very good recipe. Very quick and easy. My family thought it could use some crushed red pepper to give the dish more zip and character, which we will do the next time we make this.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
This is an excellent cookie. I took other's advice and upped the amount of flour and baking soda, plus added 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon. I put the dough in the refrigerator for a couple of hours after mixing. These were a big hit!

Chicken In Basil Cream
I was so hopeful about this recipe as I really like all the ingredients, however I found it to be rather tasteless. Sorry about that!
