I live in the middle of 80+ acres and love our privacy. Love to cook, take photos, geocache, and I am taking art classes as well as spinning. I love to cook Italian foods, Irish meals, basic comfort meals and to bake things a little out of the ordinary but quick. I love to fix very large breakfasts for company. traditional meals on traditional holidays. Corn beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day, Turkey on Thanksgiving, etc. spaghetti, italian stew/soups, trifles, apple pies with black walnuts. I use a lot of liquers in a lot of my cooking/baking. They do happen periodically. Sometimes my experimenting goes awry. The common factor in my failures is too much salt. Remember to taste, taste, taste.
