My friend gave me a cookie bar recipe that she swore I couldn't mess up...Oops, I had trail mix cookie bars. Tasted good though

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
I have done a similar version for years and know this is a really good recipe. I put red and green peppers and onions and throw in mushrooms at the end. Yum. I also put a dollup of sour cream on top.

Tuscan Soup
I have made a similar version to this recipe so I know it's good. I do use Kale instead of spinach although I have tried both. I prefer the kale, for some reason it adds a heartiness and fullness to it.

Anniversary Chicken I
I was a little hesitant because the ingredients did not seem to go together, but boy was I wrong. My husband,Mr. Fussy, loved this and so did I. A great way to fix chicken for something different. I did not change a thing, except I forgot to get green onions so I didn't put those in.
