Homemade Bagels
Lovely, buttery, easy to shape, what a treat to offer my family! I also added molasses to the boiling water: nice rich color.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
This cake was everything the notes said it would be: heavy. dense, exceptionally easy to make. It was the perfect foundation for fresh berries and I packed it the second day in my childrens' lunch. I will make this again!
