Mom's Zucchini Pie
Amazing! I made some substitutions because of what I had on hand. I made the dough for my pie crust with the Butter Crescent recipe on this site.I used a mix of zucchini and yellow squash. I didn't have parsley or oregano but I had fresh basil(a handful)and I didn't have the mozzarella so I did a cup of cheddar, a cup of white Mexican cheese, and about 1/4 cup Parmesan. I will definitely be making this again!

Butter Crescents
Fantastic! I cut back the sugar to 2TBs because I needed to make a crust for Mom's Zucchini Pie off this site and it came out wonderfully. I had enough to make 6 rolls on the side and my brother has offered to pay me to make it again tomorrow!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I had a few substitutions because of what I had in my pantry (fresh jalapenos instead of canned chilies, red chili sauce instead of chili powder)and added mushrooms just because I love them! I can't wait for my mom to come home from work so I can show it off!
