This is a really good pesto! I substituted toasted pine nuts for the nuts and used a tablespoon of fresh lime juice instead of vinegar. Definitely a keeper to make again.

This was a really nice dish! I didn't have fresh tomatoes on hand so I used canned, but it still turned out great.

This recipe did not meet my expectations for flavor. I was excited to find a butter-based recipe where the cookies hold their shape during baking, and these do come out looking beautiful. However they're really short on flavor - even after adding 3/4 tsp of salt and an extra tsp of vanilla to the recipe. If someone can figure out how to add the needed flavor, I think this will be a winner.
