Came over here from Luxembourg on my own at 19 - just for a year to improve my English!!! But about 6 months in I met my husband and the rest is history! We will be married 40 years this December! I found it on another website and adjusted it The first meal I ever made for my new husband: In Luxembourg they make a stuffed Veal loaf w/ egg in it and serve cold.(it is a lunch meat) Well, I adapted a meatloaf and put two eggs in it (hard boiled)and to make it really "special" I added cheese on top. You're probably thinking, WHAT???? I say that too NOW!!!!! We went out to eat that night and lucky for my husband my cooking skills improved a lot. He's still here after 40 years!!! HAHAHA!
