I really liked this recipe for something quick and easy for fruit.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I loved these cookies! I used 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of shortening. I also added 1 teaspoon of vanilla like the others suggested. I baked them only for 7 minutes and 45 seconds. They turned out great! I already gave my sister in law the recipe! I will definately make these again! Yummy!!!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
I really like this recipe. I used Borsin Garlic Cheese and it came out great. My husband who is a chef said that he wouldn't change a thing. Next time I will buy the thinly sliced chicken breasts. Thanks for sharing!
