Very good. I used Gala apples which are my favorite! This is a great sugar free recipe. I added a little less spice than it called for, and it was just right. I tend to like things on the spicy side too. Will give this as hostess gifts and make every year. Thanks

This is great! We make them all the time and sometimes substitute almonds/craisins/sunflower seeds and sometimes mini chocolate chips. I'm always giving out the recipe.

5 Big stars. I wanted something other than my boring tuna salad sandwich and this was great! Even my picky, meat & potatoes, afraid of unique recipe's husband liked it. This is a great combo. I used cheap generic tuna. I did add a finely chopped 1/2 a green pepper just because I had it and used walnuts & regular raisins. It was very good leftover also, maybe even better than fresh.
