Buttery Soft Pretzels
These turned out great, but I found an alternate use for them. I used a little less sugar and a little more yeast. They proofed up big, round and fluffy. Looking at them, I knew what I had to do...tonight I split them in half, toasted the halves and made some of the best cheeseburgers ever! They made fabulous buns!

Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad
Every time I've made this, I swear it's better! Discovered this recipe months ago and my hubby and I have had it at least once a week since. SO good!! I tried it once using fresh herbs - not nearly as good. I do like to use seasoned rice vinegar, though.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
I've never been a peanut butter cookie fan, but my Sweetie is. I decided to do something nice and make some just for him. This recipe is SOOO good. Reading other reviews I kind of sloppily measured the peanut butter and flour (a little more of each) and did add vanilla. I've been told by my husband and my two neighbors who covet peanut butter cookies, that these are the best they've ever had. I even like them. I've made them twice this week and will probably continue to do so on a regular basis. These really are very good.
