Coconut Cream Pie IV
This was fabulous!! It is a simple recipe that anyone can do. Pie making is no longer intimidating after making this. It was so good that it was only cut in 4 slices!! Thanks for this perfect recipe.

We Be Jammin' Jamaican Banana Bread
I really like the unique flavor of this bread! It is exotic yet familiar. I have made this several times and have always gotten rave reviews. I also had to turn down the temperature while baking. 350 degrees is always best for me when baking breads. Otherwise I like it just as it is. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Hunter's Roast
This recipe is awesome! I used Heineken beer which was perfect. If you like it spicy use some of the peppercini juice. I seasoned it with garlic, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning and it was perfect. Not gamey at all. So easy! Sure to get complements!
