Juicy Roasted Chicken
The best roast chicken I have ever made. Before I cook any chicken I brine it. I highly recomend brining for this recipe.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Really really good. I crave salmon and am always looking for new ways to serve it. This is it! Didn't change a thing. I won't change a thing next time either except maybe to double the recipe.
