Im 19 live in Houston, TX. Im a vegetarian but I love cooking...so I enjoy cooking for my family (meat eaters). I am aware of mutrition (somewhat) and dont like cooking very fatty foods. I strive to get my family to try new things. I LOVE baking...its the thing I do best. I love strong flavored dishes mixed with subtle sides or vise versa. Christmas tamales hands down...its hard and exhausting but its worth it. My famoust Pineapple upside down cake...Its so good! I made these fiber muffins one day...I forgot to put baking soda...they came out like bricks...I gave them to my dogs! HAHA!
