Polish Chicken and Dumplings
Freaking GOOD. The dumpling recipe is off the hook!! It says 1T salt and go for it, they are incredible.

Kiki's Borracho (Drunken) Beans
Okay, this is when words are weak in expressing the greatness of flavor.THIS ROCKS!!! I tweaked it only because I am on a peasants budget but it was a "good time" indeed :) Tasty beyond what any language can define! TRY IT!!

These are living proof that simplicity can be the best tactic. You can expand on these any way you would like but the basis works fantastic as well.
