Eggplant Burgers
I was really hopeful with all the great reviews, but I did not care for the texture of this. The only reason it came close to burger-like was all the toppings are burger toppings...it would have been better without the eggplant at all. Nobody I served it to could finish it and we all wanted real burgers after.

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
OMG...I'm not a steak eater but tried this one and it's absolutely amazing. I doubled all the spices and otherwise used it as is. Sometimes I marinate for just a couple of hours and sometimes overnight and it's always well received.

Apricot Glazed Carrots
Eh. We weren't impressed by this recipe. The first couple of bites were goods, but after that the apricot and orange flavors were way too overpowering. Nobody *disliked* it but nobody finished their serving either.
