Grilled Corn on the Cob
Delicious simple recipe... You don't *have* to remove the silk first if you're lazy like me. And according to Reynold's Wrap, it doesn't make any difference if the shiny side is in or out.

Eggplant Burgers
I was really hopeful with all the great reviews, but I did not care for the texture of this. The only reason it came close to burger-like was all the toppings are burger toppings...it would have been better without the eggplant at all. Nobody I served it to could finish it and we all wanted real burgers after.

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
OMG...I'm not a steak eater but tried this one and it's absolutely amazing. I doubled all the spices and otherwise used it as is. Sometimes I marinate for just a couple of hours and sometimes overnight and it's always well received.
