Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

This was just a weird dish. I halved the recipe and it was still a ton of food. It's true it tastes bitter and it is definitely missing something, just not sure what. I feel that it is lacking texture. It seems like this would be good with cheese on bread, like others have suggested.

Baked Ziti I

Super yummy! I don't think you need to cover the dish. I did for 25 minutes, then uncovered for the last 5 but it didn't brown so nicely. Overall, it was very delicious and the sour cream acted like ricotta.

Raspberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast

This was good, not great. I don't like how the cream cheese was mixed with the raspberry puree. I sorta prefer when you can appreciate each separately. I think this would've been better if you put cream cheese on one side of bread and the puree on the other. I recommend putting sugar in the puree, not the egg/milk mixture. We enjoyed this nonetheless.

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)

Not really a fan, I don't care too much for mushy spinach with soggy rice. Maybe with a little tweaking this could be better, but not even the feta and lemon could save this:(

Very yummy! The only thing I did differently was to add some vanilla extract. These were a bit heavy, but nonetheless very good.

Garlic Parmesan Orzo

I've tried many orzo recipes...this one is simple and yummy. I think the garlic makes this one stand out. Delicious and I will make it again:)
