Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was so easy to make and it was delicious. The pot roast was full of flavor. My husband doesn't usually like my pot roast, but this one he suggested I make again!

Dave's Ultimate Guacamole

This is really good. It is quick and I made it because it didn't call for lemon juice (I was out). Turned out wonderful. I did use fresh garlic and added a touch of cilantro. Will make it again... might even add lemon.

Mexican Bean Salad

This was a very easy and inexpensive to make recipe. The flavors blend togehter very well. I will definately make it again only cutting back on the portion size... this recipe makes alot. Delicious!
