Tortilla Beef Bake
Tried this last night we really enjoyed it. Grandma can't tolerate green bell pepper so I used a large anaiheim instead of the bell and jalapeno. This even made the marginal tasting tortillo chips I bought taste good. Next time I'm gonna try using mesa herina for the chips

Autumn Dessert
Made this for grandma and me the other night. We both loved it. I doubled the rasins and topped with whipped cream that grandma made. Thick sliced "Texas" toast would probably work well also. I will probably experiment with bananas or peaches. This would be great with crapes and strawberries too.

Cole Slaw Dressing
We didn't are for this one at all probably because of the mustard. I like some cole slaw so next time the mustard is out. If you don't swing you'll never get a homerun.
