Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
Made this dish last night and it was very good! I seasoned the chicken a lil more than the recipe called for but other than that I did everything else to a T. It was the best chicken I have ever cooked! It came out perfect!

Pasta Lasagna
I've been making this now for over a year and my family loves it! It's a pretty simple recipe. The only thing that I do differently is that I add cottage cheese with the ricotta, egg, mozzerella, and parmesan to makes it a little creamier. (I do this with all my lasagna dishes)

Sweet Potato Casserole II
I made this dish for Thanksgiving and it was an instant hit! Some said it was a bit to sweet while others absolutely loved it. (I think I will cut back on the sugar a bit next time) But other than that it was absolutely delicious!
