Wow what delicious flavors. I however made the sauce, doubled it and then added all the vegetables and let it all cook together. Will be making this often.

Anniversary Chicken I

Loved by all, however, I went to put the bottled ranch dressing on chicken and it was rotten smelling so I quickly made up ranch dressing from this site and the flavors were outrageous. Highly recommend both recipes.

Chicken Pepper Steak

If I could figure out how to cook the vegies first before I stir fry them I would have enjoyed this more. The vegies were way too crunchy for our taste.

Oven Brown Rice

I have always hated brown rice until now. Delicious and moist. However I did have to cook it for 90 minutes also but it is well worth it.

Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

This was delicious. I think that it only needed 40 minutes as it burnt the bottom of the caserole dish. Will have this quite often as written. Used fresh brocolli and no sugar. Leftover will be added to the morning omlet. Thanks for the recipe.

Tartar Sauce I

Terrific stuff! I am addicted to tartar sauce and this cannot be beat. I also use onion powder blends better, and less work. Oh such good stuff, thanks for the recipe.

Colorful Fried Rice

Absolutely delicious. I also added a quarter of a red pepper since I had it and the presentation was beautiful. I felt that I was eating the best refried rice. I also scrambled the egg seperately.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was very good and I will prepare it again. However, I must have reduced the sauce too much as it turned into a tar upon sitting and needed to soak the pan in order to clean up. I made this again and it was excellent. It is now in my receipe book.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

This is so good I could not wait to make this again. I baked them the first time and the second time I deep fried them. Both ways excellent. I also used egg roll wrappers, personal taste. Used Amy's cilantro cream sauce for dipping.
